Our Story

Mauricio's food truck serves authentic Mexican food in the heart of Sturgeon Bay, in Door County Wisconsin. Mauricio Martinez, originally from Guerrero, Mexico, has been living and working in the restaurant industry in Door County for more than 25 years. He met his wife, Tori, at a local restaurant - they have been collaborating on food centered businesses ever since! They have two teenaged kids who are also active in running the food trailer. Mauricio enjoys cooking his traditional Mexican food and loves to share it with the locals and tourists who visit the area.
